Terms of Serivce for RIDE.AM and RIDE.PM §1 - Basic definitions and information RIDE.AM and RIDE.PM is a digital platform and service for connecting Customers with Drivers and Personal Assistants. All Personal Assistants, hereafter also called Drivers, have access to their own cars in which they use to arrive at customer's chosen starting location. RIDE AM/PM is operated by the Norwegian company Aways (915828655MVA), also known as Aways Entertainment. RIDE is under development in the BETA Stage. Our services are available to the public, but our website is actively being developed to ensure we deliver the perfect transportation solution to the public. As a result, Customer Feedback is priceless for us, and RIDE encourage all Users to share their thoughts on possible improvements. All references to RIDE will from now on reference the intelectualt owners of RIDE, the Norwegian company assigned to RIDE's operations (Aways), the website www.ride.am & www.ride.pm, our Apps (RIDE.AM on AppStore and Play Store) and/or any person/entity with written permission to operate on behalf of RIDE. Users of RIDE AM/PM are divided into two categories. Category 1 are called Riders and Category 2 are called Drivers. A user can belong to one or both oh these categories, based on how the User use our Services. Riders are users who use RIDE for hiring a personal assistant and/or driver. Drivers are users who use RIDE for receiving customers. Drivers are considered personal assistants who offer help to Riders. A User is considered a Driver under these Terms after submitting an online application. If approved as Drivers, they are obliged to accept customers received while in a "green state" called Available, including customers that arrive within 30 seconds after availibility state has been changed. When a Rider orders a car/personal assistant from our website, they agree to our Pricing Policy. When a Driver applies to become a Driver for RIDE, they agree to our "Split Revenue policy". RIDE's Terms can be changed without warning at any time by RIDE. §2 - Pricing policy We have a simple pricing structure, which is identical to our main competitor(s). Following prices are in NOK (Norwegian krona). Startup price: One time fee: 30 NOK Inside car (Price group 1, Normal Driving): Per minute: 3 NOK Per kilometer: 10 NOK Away from car (Price group 2, Manual labor): Per minute: 10 NOK (Not in use in Norway at this time) While the Driver is inside of his/her car, the active price groups will be "Price group 1" (3NOK/minute and 10NOK/km). This includes tasks that belong to operating a vehicle, even if the Driver is not inside of the vehicle. (Tasks like opening doors, waiting outside the vehicle etc.) As our Drivers operate as Personal Assistants, Riders can ask for services that forces the Driver to leave the Driver's vehicle, during which time "Price Group 2" applies and "Price Group 1" is ignored. All orders has a One Time Fee of 30 NOK (Startup price), which is added the moment a Rider orders a Driver. If the Driver has to pass through Tolls or similar objects/entities to fulfill the Rider's order, these amounts will be added to the order, and in some cases, a transaction fee of up to 5% can be added to these amounts. Surge does not apply to Tolls. In cases where the market experiences high demand, a pricing structure called "Surge" is applied. When Surge is active, the prices mentioned above will be multiplied with the Surge value. The Surges on RIDE.PM are identical in both amount, location and time to our main competitor(s). (Surge does not affect tolls.) An example of a 100 NOK order when Surge is "1.1": An order of 100 NOK (with zero tolls) will be multiplied with 1.1 (Surge multiplier) which will make the total cost of the order 110 NOK. Due to the nature of digital float numbers, amounts can be slightly inaccurate in very small amounts. (Sum total accuracy usually stays within 0.3 NOK) §3 - Split Revenue policy Users who apply to become Drivers aggree to these terms. These users are called Drivers. All amounts generated from a Driver and/or Rider are subject to this policy. RIDE will take a percentage of all amounts generated using customer relationships that starts on our website. The standard percentage that will be taken by RIDE's owner(s) from all earnings is 20% of all amounts, although fees defined as Tolls usually has a lower percentage cut. This can be changed without warning by the owner(s) of RIDE.PM at any time. (Although we will make an effort to inform affected parties, even though we reserve us the right not to do so). There may also be applied processing fees from our payment processors. In some cases, a Driver can have a different percentage cut than stated in these Terms, if given and/or accepted by RIDE. All payments will be sent to saved account number, which can be changed from this site's Settings menu. RIDE does not guarantee the income/transaction of any User. Earned amounts can become subject to repayment, both partially and in full, especially in cases where the Driver is to blame for a situation. When this is said, let us mention that RIDE will always make an effort to make all payments as timely, efficient and accurate as possible.
Insert the information stated below to see what the cost will be. RIDE has the same prices as our main competitors, but we don't hide the costs. ;)
